Our Collaboration

Schakschouk is a solidarity food project with roots in Palestine. It was founded by Ahmad Abualrus – a sociologist, cultural animator, and long-time activist for justice and freedom. With extensive experience in social projects and his current work in legal protection for refugees, he combines personal commitment with professional expertise.Schakschouk is supported by the supporting organization Palestinen Essence and Sence, with the goal of creating a sustainable structure that will last beyond the founders – community-run and effective in the long term.
